Roapoisoned,
I do not recommend any treatment for your problems. This forum is non-commercial, and not associated with any sales of any particular products.
Generally can be said, that the more information and biochemical knowledge you have, the more cautious you act, regarding any substance. I suggest you bring the information from this forum and other sources to your doctor, discuss a profile of your symptoms, get results from lab-tests, and find an adequate treatment.
Generally can be said about the accutane induced skin-conditions, that they may depend on:
- lack of pigmentation, related to an induced vitamin a deficiency (however, the half life of vitamin a is quite long, and it may therefore take months until cleared after (Ro)accutane exposure - once cleared, the deficit is present) - immune-related skin disorder - lack of fat-metabolism, and hormonal deficits - disruptions in cell-regeneration, metabolism in skin, ph in the skin - liver malfunction (a more pronounced effect on the liver than in the average case) - other non-specified, but explainable reasons, including allergies
Whether permanent skin-damage or not: nothing is entirely static. Permanent damage (defined as currently non-treatable) in for example pigmentation, that is non-related to vitamin A-deficiency can not be excluded.
/Max
